These servers look very similar to a Tiffany created server.
I have included a ruler to help you visualize the size of these pieces
They are cast and are very heavy.
The bowls and the finial strawberries show minor chasing work.
the only mark is "sterling"
I do not know who, what , where or why these spoons were created.
Tiffany made a spoon that was almost identical to this (except these have chasing in the bowl)
I suspect that the maker was trying to capitalize on the Tiffany created market.
I have never seen the Tiffany spoon in person, but I suspect that it is much better quality workmanship.
