Large and heavy 7.25" cast silver server has three
Schoonhaven, Holland style pseudo marks on the bowl back
I suspect that this server spoon was made between 1900 - 1925
The finial shows a typical image of Rembrandt
A cast version of the center part of Rembrandt's famous "Night Watch"
Most of the image is cast with a little bit of repousse/chasing work.
This is a similar view of Rembrandt's "Night Watch", but this bowl shows extensive repousse/ chasing workmanship
